Device Onboarding Flow

Kiosk Boot & Pairing

App auto-launches in kiosk mode and displays a unique OTP code. Admin enters this code in the portal to register and whitelist the device.

Location Mapping

Device is linked to an Organization → Location → Group. Content rules, scheduling windows, and playlist priorities are assigned based on hierarchy.

Content Sync & Go-Live

Device downloads assigned playlists and media to local cache. Heartbeat sync begins, status goes "Online," and scheduled content starts playing automatically.
