A streamlined three-phase process from provisioning to go-live
Provisioning — The Identity Phase
Serial Number and IMEI are uploaded to the Device Management System via bulk CSV/Excel upload or individual entry. The server whitelists each specific ID — any unregistered device attempting connection is automatically rejected.
Agent Mapping — The Ownership Phase
Each Device ID is logically linked to a Finacle ID. Business rules are assigned: transaction limits, language settings, and sound profiles. The system knows exactly which agent to credit for each confirmed payment.
Activation — The Go-Live Phase
When powered on, the device sends a heartbeat signal with its IMEI and firmware version. The system checks for firmware mismatches and triggers OTA updates automatically. Dashboard status changes from "Pending" to "Online" with first battery and signal readings recorded.
